Louise Paley is a co-founder of the London-based organization Women In Jazz. She runs record label 'PACE' in partnership with Marathon Music Group and manages British-Bahraini trumpet player Yazz Ahmed. Her first artist signing to PACE was JGrrey, who was nominated for Best Independent Mixtape at the 2024 AIM Awards.

Since starting Women in Jazz, Louise has built a community of over 10,700 people, provided mentoring opportunities for jazz musicians through the Serious' Take 5 programme, collaborated with Worldwide FM to produce radio and DJ workshops for artists. She has curated festival stages at Love Supreme, We Out Here, Wilderness Festival and produced radio shows for Sky TV and British Airways to celebrate and promote female artists.

The organisation’s work has been featured in Stylist, Clash, The Guardian, and The Telegraph.
