Sarah Gillespie is a critically acclaimed British/American singer songwriter renowned for her distinctive streetwise lyricism.

Her 5 albums were met with 4- and 5-star reviews from the Guardian, MOJO, the Independent, Telegraph, Rock and Reel, The Arts Desk plus plaudits from iconic musician Robert Wyatt. She’s toured internationally for 15 years and performed live on BBC Radio 4's Woman's Hour, Loose Ends and was interviewed by Andrew Marr on Start the Week of the role of politics in music (She has a master’s degree in politics and philosophy from Goldsmiths, University of London).

During the lockdown of 2020 Gillespie launched the Create Now Academy providing transformative songwriting programs, workshops and retreats for women all over the world. 

In addition to her work as a singer-songwriter, Gillespie is a producer and, together with her team, she has produced several albums and EPs that have been released worldwide through her label, Pastiche Records.
