Wozzy is the Founder | Executive Director of music education and talent development charity, The Midi Music Company (MMC), established in 1995. She is an Inductee of the Music Week Women in Music Awards Roll of Honour 2018 and Artist Manager for Chainska Brassika | United Vibrations. She participates on several industry boards and panels, including BPI’s MEGS Board, UK Music Diversity Taskforce and MMF Music Manager Accelerator Programme, and most recently co-curated the WOMEX 2024 Conference 30th anniversary as one of the 7 x Samurais. She has supported hundreds of artists and bands to pursue professional careers, from Shingai Shoniwa to Mercury nominated Kae Tempest, and Jazz FM Award 2017 Breakthrough Award Winner + Best Album Ivor Novello Award Winner 2024 Yussef Dayes to Jazz FM Innovation & Live Experience of the Year 2019 Award Winners Steam Down. She mentors emerging artists via MMC’s CICAS® Talent Development programme and manages bespoke creative projects.
